Hello. I've never had a blog before but I've been feeling very inspired by so many others with their awesome blogs (Thank you Pinterest!) that I decided I'd like to start a blog of my own. I wanted a place where I could share with others my constant attempts at creating a tasty meals, being crafty, and my life in general.

So here I am.

I married my best friend and we live in sunny Southern California with our crazy cat, in a small apartment (which will hopefully change soon, as we are currently on the hunt for a house <---fingers crossed). I'm a zookeeper and love that I get to work with some pretty amazing animals on a daily basis.
I've never been much of a writer so bare with me, I'm sure I hope I'll get better as we go...
